Anita Zucker

Business Speaker Anita Zucker inherited her fortune from her late husband, Jerry Zucker. Jerry Zucker’s company, The InterTech Group is a diversified chemical manufacturer that makes products for sealing devices, gaskets, and woven and nonwoven fabrics. The company also deals in commercial real estate and aerospace parts production.

As the chairman and CEO of InterTech, Anita Zucker has the company at No. 116 on Forbes’ 2010 list of America’s biggest private companies and made Forbes’ The Richest Person In Every State list for South Carolina. Her son serves as President of the company. She is also the owner of Carolina Ice Palace and half of the Carolina Stingrays, a minor league hockey team.

A former primary school teacher, Anita pledged $1 million to the University of Florida for an endowed professorship in early childhood studies. Anita Zucker is available for speaking engagements, hosting and corporate appearances.
