Social Media Speaker Chris Copeland is the CEO of GroupM Search, a digital vision and search specialist division within GroupM, the world’s largest media investment management organization accountable for more than 1/3 of the world’s media buying.  One of Chris Copeland’s responsibilities is helping clients understand what is next in the emerging areas of digital which includes search and social media as well as how to leverage paid, owned and earned media to accomplish their communications initiatives.

Chris extends across all of GroupM’s media communications planning companies including Maxus, Mediaedge:cia (MEC), MediaCom, Mindshare, Catalyst, Outrider and M80.

He has helped to develop the GroupM Search practice to its current standing as the number 1 global search entity and the first billion dollar client of Google. Chris Copeland provides integrated strategy direction for Fortune 100 companies such as AT&T, Dell and Microsoft. As an active member on numerous boards including Google, Yahoo!, and MSN, Chris is available for public speaking, corporate events and personal appearances.
