Nigella Lawson

Celebrity Chef Speaker Nigella Lawson is the bestselling author of eight books, food fanatic, television personality and journalist. Nigella’s books: Nigella Express: Good Food Fast, Feast: Food to Celebrate Life, Nigella Fresh, Nigella Bites, How to Be a Domestic Goddess, How to Eat, and Nigella Christmas: Food Family Friends Festivities have sold in excess of six million copies worldwide. She had a pioneering iPhone App come out in April of 2010 and a new book called NIGELLA KITCHEN Recipes from the Heart of the Home, concerning a feel-good focus on the food we eat today.

Nigella’s Feast: Food to Celebrate Life inspired the television show Nigella Feasts, which aired on the Food Network in 2006. She had a second Food Network series, Nigella Express which aired in 2007. Nigella also had television shows on Style, which aired Forever Summer with Nigella and Nigella Bites, which aired on E!

Nigella also designed a set of kitchen items which were designed in association with Sebastian Conran and launched in July 2003.

Not only can Nigella cook, but she also had a successful career as a freelance writer. She has written for The Sunday Times, Evening Standard, Guardian, Daily Telegraph, Observer, Times Magazine and in the U.S. for Gourmet and Bon Appétit magazines. She was the Deputy Literary Editor of The Sunday Times and had a restaurant column in The Spectator and a food column for British Vogue. Nigella also wrote a column; Dining In, Dining Out for The New York Times.

Nigella has been honored with many awards: Author of the Year by the 2001 British Book Awards, Bon Appétit magazine’s 2002 Tastemaker of the Year, How to Be a Domestic Goddess was named Cookery Book of the Year by the Guild of Food Writers in 2001, Nigella Bites received the WH Smith Book Awards 2002 Lifestyle Book of the Year, and the cooking series based on the book winning the Gold Ladle for Best Television Food Show from the World Food Media Awards in 2001. In Fall 2015, Nigella Lawson will start a new television series on BBC 2 entitled, “Simply Nigella” which plans to show viewers how to cook a range of dishes

Nigella was the endorser of the Associated British Foods Twinings Tea and is available for hosting, cooking demonstrations and speaking events.
