Fred Bullock

Fred Bullock is the Co-Founder, President and CEO of Cirrus9. Cirrus9 is Canadian-based provider of cloud computing and data centre services. He is the former Vice President of Business Solutions at Mariner Partners; Fred was accountable for the development of innovative Professional Services and Productivity Solutions offerings for clients in the Telecom, government and general business arena.

Before Fred Bullock joined Mariner, he was at Brovada Technologies, being responsible for Finance, Operations and Professional Services. During this time, he was held responsible for the company’s research and development of data integration solutions for the Insurance industry well as the company’s speedy growth. He has held several technical and business management roles within other start-up and early state technology companies which included, Product Manager at Kinek Technologies, a provider of e-Logistics and Secure Payment solutions; Infrastructure Engineer and Director of Data Center Architecture and a Systems Integration Consultant for Connectivity Contact Centre Solutions.

During the 1990’s, he was an engineering researcher for a large freight Transportation company, where he founded MicroDynamics. MicroDynamics developed infrastructure management systems for engineering firms, municipal and provincial governments as well another unrelated enterprise which operates an outfitting business for salmon fishermen, www.tuckawaycabins.com, on the Miramichi River.
