Deanna Brown

Social Media Speaker Deanna Brown is the current CEO in Residence for Samsung America. In 2015, Deanna was named as one of Folio Magazine’s Top Women in Media. She is the former Chief Executive Officer of Federated Media and was responsible for the strategic business goals and the day-to-day operations of the company. Before joining Federated Media in 2009, Deanna Brown was president at Scripps Networks Digital and co-founded CondeNast, a digital division of publisher CondeNast. Deanna founded Powerful Media/Inside.com (acquired by Primedia) and Gaming Industry News (acquired by Ziff Davis) and was VP and general manager at Yahoo! and AOL.

After graduating from University of Southern California, Deanna Brown was a founding member of a L.A. advertising agency. She has over 25 years of executive media experience, is a seasoned entrepreneur and Fortune 500 executive. Deanna is available for speaking engagements, personal appearances and public events.
