Tia Carrere

As an actress, singer, model, TV personality, and celebrity speaker, Tia Carrere has set her footprint in the entertainment world across all borders. As a widely known actress, Tia Carrere is best known for her role in Wayne’s World, Wayne’s World 2, Duck Dodgers and on the TV series Relic Hunter. Tia participated in ABC’s Dancing with the Stars and has posed nude for the January 2003 issue of Playboy magazine. Tia has also doen voice work for the character Nina in the animated film Lilo & Stitch. Her acting career rose to prominence on TV with her work on General Hospital. She has also appeared on Curb Your Enthusiasm and Nip Tuck.

Tia Carrere released her first solo album, Dream, in 1993 and it went platinum in the Philippines. This same year, she was featured on the soundtrack of Batman: Mask of the Phantasm. She released her second album, Hawaiian in 2007 and was nominated for a 2008 Grammy Award. Tia went on to win a Grammy Award in 2009 for her third album, ‘Ikena and in 2011 for her album, Huana Ke Aloha. Tia appeared as a contestant on Donald Trump’s show, The Celebrity Apprentice.
