Celebrity Speaker Tarek and Christina El Moussa are the enthusiastic hosts of the HGTV home makeover series Flip or Flop. The TV series first aired in 2013 after Tarek and Christina built their reputation as powerful agents in the southern California real estate scene. Each episode, Tarek and Christina take on the challenge of old houses that need a little TLC and revamps them into beautiful homes to put on the market.

Tarek became a licensed real estate agent at the age of 21 during the peak of the housing market boom in Orange County. His talent and expertise soon paid off as he became one of the leading agents in luxury home sales. Tarek began to sell homes left and right however, when the market crashed he had to find another way to support his family. With the help of his wife Christina, who also was a very successful real estate agent, the couple began to search for homes to renovate and flip them to make a profit. Working as a knowledgeable team, they were able to save external costs and start to turn a profit. That’s when HGTV came calling and the dynamic duo was able to land their own exciting TV series.

Celebrity Speaker Tarek and Christina El Moussa are the proud parents of a little girl named Taylor. In June 2013, their world would be rattled when Tarek was diagnosed with thyroid cancer. This was a devastating blow as everything seemed to be coming into place for the new parents. The couple took the new challenge in stride and Tarek has since braved radiation to eradicate the disease. Tarek and Christina announced the coming of their second child, a son, in August of 2015.
