Simon Cowell

Celebrity Speaker Simon Cowell is well known for his blunt and often controversial criticisms as his role as talent judge on TV shows including Pop Idol, The X Factor, Britain’s Got Talent and American Idol. Simon is also the owner of the TV production and music publishing house, Syco.

After spending eight seasons on American Idol, Simon left the show in 2010 to go to Fox’s The X Factor. Sharon Osbourne and Louis Walsh were the judges of the first series of the British TV competition, for which Simon created. Winner of the third season of The X Factor was now pop sensation Leona Lewis. In 2011, Simon Cowell launched The X Factor in the United States with judges Paula Abdul, L.A. Reid, and Nicole Scherzinger. In 2014, it was confirmed that Simon would return to the UK version of X factor, this resulted in the cancelation of the U.S. version after three seasons on fox. Most recently, Simon and his girlfriend Lauren Silverman welcomed a baby boy named Eric.

Simon is very involved in charity work and supports the Centre For Environmental Education, Charity Projects Entertainment Fund, Elton John AIDS Foundation, Help for Heroes, Norwood, Save the Children, World Society for the Protection of Animals and ARK. Simon Cowell is available for speaking engagements, personal appearances and endorsements.
