Super Bowl MVP and motivational speaker for hire Ray Lewis will go down as one of the most dominant and intimidating linebackers in the history of the NFL. A Florida native, Ray played college football at the University of Miami. He left after his junior season at the university and was drafted 26th overall in the 1996 NFL Draft by the Baltimore Ravens. He was an immediate impact player and earned All-Rookie Team honors in his first season in the league. Flash forward to 2000 and Ray had solidified himself as one of the most revered linebackers in the NFL. That season, Ray helped lead the team to a Super Bowl title and was named the Super Bowl MVP, Defensive Player of the Year and was named to his 3rd straight Pro Bowl.

Over the course of his NFL career, Ray was a 13-Time Pro Bowler, 7-Time first team All-Pro and was named to the NFL’s 2000s All-Decade Team. But it was the way that he led and inspired his teammates that made him one of the most lovable players in the NFL. He was intense, but kind. He made a concerted effort to better the lives of those around them and motivate them to be the best version of themselves every day.
