Kim Flynn

Kim Flynn is a business speaker, trainer, and workshop leader who specializes in helping entrepreneurs and small business owners grow and establish their businesses. Flynn notably built and sold three service businesses, automating each one to run with only 3-5 hours of her time.

At 21, Business Speaker Kim Flynn began working as a school teacher. Three years later, she started a tutoring business, which she grew to have over 30 employees and 150 clients each week. Flynn eventually built and sold three more service businesses, automating each one to run with only 3-5 hours of her time. In 2010, Flynn founded Kim Flynn Consulting, where she coaches, trains, and inspires women who run businesses. Flynn’s clients have been featured on ABC, NBC, the Oprah Winfrey Show, and the TLC Network.

Flynn is famous for her Plug & Play Business System. She hosts semi-monthly Business Intensive Retreats in which women come to Salt Lake City to learn her business system in three intensive learning days. In March 2014, Flynn released her book Playing Big: The Unsexy Truth About Succeeding in Business, where she provides a concrete action plan for motivated entrepreneurs. In this book, she dispels motivational myths and reveals the truth about what it takes to grow a small business successfully. Each aspect of business is covered in the book, starting with leadership and moving through customer service, product development, finance, and marketing. Flynn has been featured as a guest on Fox News, Park City Television, and Mujeres Empresarias. During her notable appearance on Fox News, she shared 5 tips on making a successful career switch. In 2010, Flynn served as one of Vanguard’s 22 international keynote speakers. She has been named to Bennett Communications’ Top 40 under 40 list, and she has also been awarded Woman of the Year by the Telios Group.
