Joseph Ciminera

Television personality, celebrity chef speaker and cookbook author Joseph (Joe) Ciminera has experience in just about every possible area of the culinary industry. Among his other contributions, Ciminera has a food social media website, FoodyTV, and a food charity, Food for Kids.

Chef Ciminera’s culinary resume includes training under Master Chef Vincenzo Provino, Daniel Boulud, Pierre Manor, and Jean Louis Pallidan in Italy. He has worked at some of the most prestigious restaurants in the world, Le Cirque, Les Celebrites, Le Petite Pijou, and Carmines from which he built a diverse skill set in cooking. Chef Joe has received rave reviews from such publications as the New York Times, Newsday, Good Eats Magazine, Gourmet magazine, and Modern Food Service Magazine.

Joe Ciminera is also the author of two cookbooks, his first titled In The Weeds, sold more than 650,000 copies while his second, Joseph Ciminera’s New American Cooking: There Are No Rules in Cooking, sold more than 1 million copies. In his second book, Joe provides creative American recipes with a European flair that are easy to make by following his simple instructions.

What Chef Joe is most famous for has to be the various roles he has held as the most inventive cooking show chefs on television. He has hosted several series including Joseph plays with food, Eat at Joe’s, and his most popular show, Taste This T.V.! which airs nationally. Taste This T.V. is filmed at different locations throughout the United States and features a guest chef and guest co-host on each episode.
