Celebrity speaker Bretman Rock is a social media personality and who is immensely popular for his work as an Social Meida Star. To be exact, he has 11.9M followers on his Instagram, 5.5M subscribers on YouTube,  and a whopping 3 million followers on  Twitter. Rock is beloved for his sassy personality, quirky sense of humor, and confident style. Born in the Philippines, Rock moved to Hawaii when he was seven years old.  Bretman initiated his career as a social media personality with a Twitter account in May 2011. Shortly after, he created his own YouTube channel, currently boasting over 5.2 million subscribers.  He capitalized on his fame by becoming an active member of Instagram and kept on posting some of the photos and videos with some makeup content which increased his popularity across all social media platforms. His social media platforms become viral so fast, that they break the internet. His account became popular instantly after one of his videos went viral that Instagram had to shut down his account. Rock told KITV that so many new people were adding him (roughly 100 thousand per week) that it “broke the system,” so Instagram shut down his account. His fans weren’t too happy about it, and soon #bringbretmanback was trending on Twitter.
